Cancellation Policy
**In order to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 3 days notice. All requests to cancel or reschedule an appointment within this time frame are subject to a fee.** Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 3 days (72hrs) will result in a charge to the card on file - 25% of the service. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within a 48hrs notice will result in a charge to the card on file - 50% of service. Same day cancellations/rescheduling will result in a charge to the card on file - 75% of scheduled service No call/no show will result in a charge to the card on file - 100% of scheduled service
